1.  I have read the return & shipping policy page.
2.  I understand that it will take 10-14  business days to receive my order.
3.  I understand that Hair Mi Amour Extensions is not responsible for any missed hair appointments.
4.  I confirm that I have ordered the correct length, texture and origin. 
5.  I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a delay in my shipping/receiving.
6.  I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.
7.  I understand that I must sign for my package in order for it to be delivered.
8.  I understand that Hair Mi Amour Extensions is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from USPS. 
9.  I understand that Hair Mi Amour Extensions is not responsible for anything that happens to the hair once it has been chemically treated.
10.  I have read and I understand the details on the FAQ page.
11.  I understand that I will not receive an email response to any question that is already answered on the website.
